Our occasional nanny services are perfect for local or visiting families that are in need of occasional, temporary, or last minute care. Just give us a call, tell us what you are looking for, and let us do the work. We will make sure that a professional, well-matched nanny arrives on time and ready to care for your children.
The cost of an occasional nanny consists of two parts. First, there is Top Notch Nannies referral fee of $25. This fee is charged for each appointment you make, is non refundable, and is due at the time of booking. The second part is the nanny's hourly wage. Each nannies hourly rate varies depending on location, level of experience, and educational background. Please visit our "Meet Our Nannies" section to view each nannies pay rate. You will be responsible for paying your nanny directly in cash at the end of their shift.

If you are thrilled with our nanny service, and feel confident that you will use us more than 2 times per month, we offer a monthly membership package! Our membership package is as follows….
Monthly membership: $65 per month gives you unlimited access to our nannies. Instead of paying a $25 referral fee for each appointment, you pay a flat fee and get a nanny when you need one! You will pay no referral fee; you will only be responsible for your nannies hourly compensation.

Full time/ Part time Nanny Services
Our full/part time nanny services are great for families who need a nanny on a consistent basis. A part time nanny works 30 hours per week or less, and a full time nanny works with your family over 30 hours per week. If you are looking for a full time or part time nanny we can help! We provide both live in and live out nannies. We help negotiate a 6 mo. to 1 year contract between you and your nanny that will work well for both parties. We understand that each family's needs are different, therefore, we will help you and your nanny negotiate a salary based on your individual need.
To begin the search for your perfect nanny, Top Notch Nannies requires a $100 non-refundable deposit. This deposit goes towards your referral fee at the time you hire your nanny. The referral fee is 8% of your nannies contracted salary and is payable in installments. .
Your satisfaction matters to us! If within the first 30 days of your contract you are dissatisfied with your nanny we will find a replacement at no additional charge to you.
Top Notch Nannies is a professional nanny referral agency. We carefully screen nannies and have very strict requirements for nannies who are on our registry. We do not employ the nannies - they are independent contractors who are employed by and paid directly by our clients.

The cost of a summer nanny consists of two parts. The first part is your nannies hourly rate. This rate typically starts at $10.00 per hour and increases based on several factors. The second part is our agency fee. This fee covers the intense pre-screening of your nanny, as well as our backup service. The agency fee for a Full-time (over 30 hours per week) summer nanny is $200.00, and a Part-time (30 hours or under per week) summer nanny is $100.00
